1.7.  Changes in L/C terms (it is charged from each change) 0.1%  min. - 149 USD
1.8.  Increasing sum of L/C 0.1%  min. - 100 USD
 

Comment: If according to the LC terms the fees must be paid by beneficiary and if the last rejects to do it the bank reserves the right to withdraw the money from the guarantor or receive backs the LC. All the fees are withdrawn from the guarantor and added to the present tariffs
