HOW TO OBTAIN A
PLASTIC CARD?
Very easily. You
should submit
the filled
application and
necessary
documents to the
plastic cards
department of
the Bank. You
should fill in
the place of
signature and
the section,
indicting the
date when you
accepted the
card, on the
reverse side of
the card. While
doing this you
should be
careful, because
you will be
responsible for
problems that my

with the main
card issued to
you, the Bank
may issue
additional card
to any adult you
recommended or
to your close
relatives.
However, you

forget that you

responsible for
all transactions
carried out by
means of
additional
cards.

you want to give
an additional
card.
WHICH CONDITIONS ARE AGREED ON?
It will be necessary to agree on only a few
conditions. Firstly, you should agree that you would
use the cards in compliance with the existing laws
and regulations in our country and with the rules
stipulated or to be stipulated by the Bank.

that all information regarding cards should be

about such organizations.
GUARANTEE FOR ISSUE OF CARDS

or a pledge of certain amount. The purpose of such
guarantee is to avoid the problems that you may face
while repaying debts in the future.
ABOUT INTEREST, PAYMENTS AND COMMISSION
FEES
When obtaining a card you should take into
consideration that you will have to pay all debts
and other payments that may be due and payable in
connection with the card. In addition, the Bank may
charge commission fees for conversion of any foreign
currency into the unit of account.
HOW TO DO SHOPPING WITH CARD?
For this purpose, a sales report is drawn up and
signed by the card owner. The responsible officer of
the enterprise, the goods or service of which you
purchase, may require a document identifying your
personality. You are recommended to be careful while
doing shopping, because
the Bank does not bear any responsibility for the
goods or service that you purchase.
The amount of the transactions carried out for
purchases by means of card, will be taken off your
account or stipulated as a debt.
HOW TO GET CASH MONEY?
It is very easy. You may get cash money at ATMs and
Stations, within the limits established by the Bank.
In this case, the amount of the obtained cash money,
together with interest and commission fees, existing
on the date of transaction, will be taken off you
account. The cash obtaining transaction carried out
on holidays will be duly calculated on the working
day. In order to obtain cash money in stations you
should sign a deed of sales drawn up by them. If
required by the responsible officer of the station,
you should submit a document identifying your
personality. Thus, you will accept that the records
of the Bank regarding these transactions are final
evidence.
WHAT IS AN ABSTRACT OF ACCOUNT?
The records regarding all debts and liabilities
appeared due to the use of plastic card are
indicated in the abstract of account. The abstract
of account is sent to the address stipulated by you
or you may obtain it from the Bank. If the abstract
of account is nor delivered to your address, you may
take it from the Bank within 7 (seven) days from the
last payment date. Otherwise, you will be deemed to
have obtained agreed with the content of that
abstract of account.
Note that abstract of account is deemed to be an
important document regarding debts and payments. In
case the accrued debt is not repaid, the Bank may
terminate the card without notifying you.
HOW TO REPAY DEBTS?
The accrued debt should be repaid to the Bank by the
last payment date. The payments are made at the
rates of exchange stipulated by the Bank.
LIMITS OF PLASTIC CARD
Such limits are defined by the Bank and the Bank may
change the limits one-sidedly.
Should you exceed the limits, you may be imposed on
fines by the Bank.
PERIOD AND SERVICE FEE OF CARD
The card is valid till the last day of the date
indicated on the card as month and year. Thereafter,
you will bear all kinds of responsibility for use of
the card. The amount of the service fee to be paid
for each card is agreed on between the Bank and the
card owner.
WHOSE PROPERTY IS CARD. YOURS OR BANK’S?
The card is the property of the Bank. You, as a card
owner, are responsible for loss, theft or distortion
of the card.
In case of loss or theft of the card, you shall
inform the “Customer support” service of the Bank
immediately.
In case of issue of a new card by the Bank, you will
have to cover all expenses in connection with the
issue of a new card.
WHEN ARE CARDS TERMINATED AND LIQUIDATED?
The Bank may, before the expiration of the validity
period, terminate the card for the reason of
improper use, exceeding of the limit or
non-fulfilment of any agreed conditions by you, as
well as without any reason. In case of death of the
card owner the card may be terminated.
If you continue to use the card notwithstanding that
it is terminated, then you undertake to pay debts
and fines accrued.
Should you expose the bank to surplus financial
risk, the card will be terminated.
WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY?
The card owner bears responsibility for use of card
by third parties for any reason, and undertakes to
refund the damage incurred by the Bank in such
cases. You are also responsible for awareness of
third persons of the PIN that should be kept
secret. In such cases you should inform the Bank
immediately.
YOUR RIGHT TO PROTEST AND THE BANK’S EVIDENCES
You are entitled to protest against the record
regarding the debts and payments communicated to you
by means of the abstract of account and it is kept
confidential. You shall make your protest to bank in
written within 30 (thirty) days. Otherwise, you
agree that for subsequent protests and disputes
arising in connection with the card, the documents,
records and all notes, including computer data, in
this connection will be deemed to be final evidence.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
Should you change your name, surname, address,
signature, etc., you shall notify the Bank in
written as soon as possible..
